Poliversia supports native integration with both Stripe and PayPal as payment processors, enabling institutions and individual instructors to monetize their sessions, courses, and access tiers securely and globally.
Institutions on Poliversia's Enterprise or Premium tiers can configure the following restrictions and capabilities per user group or course package:
Define whether a course or session is open to unlimited users or capped (e.g., 50 participants). Limits can be enforced globally or per course/session.
Institutions can allow users to download supporting PDFs, slides, worksheets, etc., per course. Option to expire or version these assets.
Available only for Premium institutions. Mobile users can download session recordings for offline playback within the app. Enforced DRM with access timeout and encryption.
Institutions can limit the number of courses available to each tier (e.g., Free Tier: 1 course, Advanced Tier: 10 courses).
Mobile users can access pre-authorized content without internet. Available only to authenticated accounts with active subscriptions or enterprise access tokens.
Mark any lesson or content unit as exclusive to a specific access tier. These units are hidden from general enrollment.
Institutions may offer tiered support with guaranteed SLA windows (e.g., 12-hour turnaround). Priority inquiries are routed through internal ticket queues with assigned account managers.
Available in the web platform only. Students can send structured messages tied to specific lessons or questions. Messages are logged and stored for compliance.
Automatically generated based on course completion rules (minimum watch time, quiz score, etc.). Includes verification code and optional branding/logo.
Private discussion groups tied to courses. Supports thread creation, reactions, and media uploads. Access controlled by enrollment tier and course settings.
Secure in-app messaging between students and assigned instructors. Admins can enable/disable this feature globally or per course. All messages encrypted and auditable.
